Pros
I made friends while I was employed.
Cons
For a wellness company, they don’t care about the well being of their employees
Consistently known as the joke in the wellness field
Blame always goes to someone not in management
HIGH turnover rate!
Collection calls regularly
They do not utilize their employee’s strengths if it threatens the management team
There is ZERO experience or education concerning wellness within the management team
Self-appointed CEO only works with “yes-men”. Please don’t bring ideas, creativity, or diversity to her or you will be fired quickly. This is not an over exaggeration
CEO will not help run the company but instead hosts meetings and pretends to work. Then lies to the board about future endeavors.
CEO doesn’t know how to run a business, work with employees, or function outside of her best interests
There are no goals for the company. You are just told, there great things on the horizon
Owner of the company doesn’t care about Verve
Verve handbook states that all positions are posted. Management ignores this and will determine who to promote based on who is most easily manipulated.
Verve doesn’t care about its employees, clients, or those individuals at our clients’ workplace. They look for ways to charge more money instead of investing time and money into the thing that signs their paychecks; the clients.
Inexperience, Insecurity, and lack of knowledge will be the final downfall of Verve.
