You know this whole column would be too short for the level of arrogance, toxic culture and ignorance this place has. They have their own rules and regulations because the management believes that "freezone"="free will" to implement whatever rules and regulations that were there in the world 500 years ago. We weren't employees, we were basically a bunch of donkeys who were made to nod our heads along to whatever the management "visioned". We were asked to make sure we behaved like adults when in fact we were treated like school children in boarding school. You arrive 5 mins late to work, there goes your half day salary deduction to the company account. You slog for 8 hours and somehow forget to punch out, there goes your half day salary in the company account. You spend money travelling for the company event, but you need to travel by a vehicle because you don't live near public transport? "Oh that isnt the companies problem. Petrol is expensive so what do we do?" They make you feel like absolutely garbage when you do something that doesn't go the way they like. There is no appreciation, but buckets and buckets load of criticism. They love hiring young minds and individuals, yet make them work like the 1900's. They love "talking behind" other people's backs because they find it soooo amusing to spread negativity. Honestly, they are running a mini jail in JLT in the name of an office. And if all the reviews don't help you see that, then god help you.
