      Pros

      Talented and nice people, very good atmosphere, you will feel really well in the company, a lot of responsabilities given, managers are all excellent, very challenging, often propose permanent jobs to their interns

      Cons

      A lot of pressure, can be very difficult to increase your salary even if you are doing a great job you really have fight for it .
