The cross pollination across departments/channels keeps everyone accountable and excited about their roles and responsibilities. Vessel really pushes the envelope to innovate and think differently, which shows in their product, talent, and innovation.

Vessel can be too fast-paced for some people. There is a demand for high levels of excellence, speed, and execution, which can be an adjustment for certain skillsets or personalities.
