*Support from management, all the way from my direct supervisor to the CEO, is outstanding. *Education is ongoing. There are required courses and a multitude of free electives. I have learned more since starting this job than I have since leaving school. *Supervision meetings are productive and focused on helping my clients.

*I was hired as a salaried employee, then switched to fee-for-service within months. I'm now seeing enough clients to be part-time, but I don't qualify for all of the benefits unless I have a larger caseload.

Working with the Clients, all locations are fairly close together

The new Caucasian management has no appreciation for how hard managers work. Many have worked for the company for years and have been terminated because they are not a part of the inner circle with management. There is an uneducated woman teaching the medication class who doesn't speak good English and they have allowed this person to have too much control.
