Good junior positions with decent pay for starting levels, benefits are good with very good PTOs.
Cons
No growth opportunity after certain level (not very high), upper management and C-suites lacks transparency, upper management and C-suites will tell you theres a good future and will invest in their well performing employees and say very promising and hopeful things about the company but does not do as they say and will not invest back or does not care to keep (pay better for) their high performers. Will try to bring high performers down rather than bring up their low performers. Upper management and C-suite will lie to you about their expectation to appease at the moment but will not keep their words. Micro managing company and cheap, very small promotion raises, they will not negotiate salary (you get what they give no questions asked), merit raises are very small, stingy in giving bonuses. Dont fall into their marketing schemes of the company.
