      Great pay, good co-workers, good incentives

      Cons

      Work/Life balance non-existent, bad management, promotion is political and must be willing to relocate. no support from upper management, pay for those under you is horrible so expect call offs and resignations frequently

      Weekly pay, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with requirements of job. Company continues to cut positions and ask more of employees that are left. I am now doing the job of multiple people from multiple departments (and companies!) with no change in compensation or adjustment of expectation of completed duties. In eight years I don't know that I've ever had a real merit based pay increase. Avoid.
