      Pros

      Great benefits, and the employees were the best. It was good going to a job where the co-workers were funny and interesting. Great compensation

      Cons

      CEO and Corporate Management, it was very cold inside, we were required to wear PPE, the changing shifts were hard.

      Pros

      It was a great job! Loved the hours and the management was always very friendly. I would have liked for the company to be more stable, it seemed to have alot of changes happening throughout the organization. I loved my co-workers, and I thought that the company did a good job of making us feel like "family".

      Cons

      Because of the family atmosphere, it is really hard to move up the ranks. It would be good if people were able to get more promotions, and more personal growth.

      I really liked the fact that everyone worked together in teams. The whole company was organized around business units

      Cons

      It was a competitive environment. If you didn't do your job, you quickly got replaced.
