      Pros

      Vetegrity is great small company. The owners know each employee personally. They paid us when the government shutdown. Mark came to the calling hours for my mom.

      Not lot of training opportunities available.

      - Vetegrity is smaller so there are fewer opportunities for moving to new contracts within the company.

      You could use your PTO up front, so you would be negative. but that was really nice for brand new employees with zero PTO

      Cons

      The pay wasn't great for the job. it was one of the more difficult jobs ive had and it was the least paid
