Pros

You can make some pretty nice friends while suffering in such a work toxic environment.

Cons

The most toxic work environment I’ve ever witnessed. New management plays favorites, belittles you and treats you like garbage. They all watch the cameras 24/7 like it’s some type of reality tv show. You have to walk on eggshells your entire shift wondering if you’ve done something or said something wrong. They purposely try and find things you do wrong. When they think they found something they wait until the end of your 14 hour shift to have a 2 hour meeting that is nothing but a 3 on 1 personal attack that you are forced to listen to. They will never compliment you or have anything nice to say. They will never recognize any positive work you have done nor will they recognize their own horrible behaviors. Its nothing but a bunch of lies by feed you to make themselves look good when in reality they are just going to screw your over in the end anyway they can. They only care about themselves- not their employees that are making them money! I can go on for days on how miserable this place is to work for.

Pros

The techs, doctors and support staff are the ones who care about the pets.

Cons

Where to start, the management is horrible upper leadership is even worse. The most toxic place to work cause it is a cult. You can watch the owners videos on tube where he tries to justify firing over 32 staff members. They were told budget costs and lay off so they couldn't get unemployment. They also never received cobra so health insurance just cancelled and no coverage. hr continually ignored requests...one person fired even though multiple emails sent to HR requesting FMLA. Leadership had no training or support they did finally start a few course but that was a failure. Upper management has human health care background so no knowledge of animals. Support staff work long hours for little pay... Pay is not consistent with qualifications either. I could go on but there's too much. There are so many other local places to work so run from here
