Allow you to work as many hours as you want if you are salary.
Cons
Arrogant, insecure and underqualified management. Company was possibly heading to bankruptcy. Brought in some very good finance people who made major improvements but challenged the existing culture of cronyism, blind obedience, denial and positivity. All eventually left the company.
A Team player is defined as agreeing with management on everything they think, not necessarily doing what is best for the company.
Very low opinion of all employees unless they are personal friends of management.
