I have smart co-workers! We're on lean, nimble teams and I feel like I can truly make an impact. Vevo encourages a team driven, collaborative environment-- this creates a tight knit feel to our teams, and I think it's fun to tackle hard problems with my colleagues who I also consider friends. The culture is great- I love working in music and being around other music fans. There is a diverse workforce here and a good work/life balance. The company really supports learning and development-- I am encouraged to attend conferences and training, which I believe have helped me develop skills in various areas.

Business has felt unfocused at times, but with the direction the recent pivot has taken us, I feel like we're focused up and ready to go.
