Like countless other companies over the past two years, Vi-Jon has had to tack hard into COVID-19 headwinds. The ongoing disruption in the workforce and supply chains continues to present challenges that we must constantly navigate so we can reach our goals and increase the value of our Employee-Owners’ shares.
Vi-Jon leadership has laid out their long-term vision for growth and are steering the company in a direction that will ultimately benefit our Employee-Owners. While leadership can chart our course, it takes all hands on deck to get us there. As employee-Owners, each of us are responsible for the success of Vi-Jon.
