The leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, which creates a transparent and supportive environment for employees in the company. Worklife balance is well maintained, Thanks to flexible work options. It is a great place for professionals who value growth , inclusivity and a strong sense of purpose in their work.

      Cons

      Streamlining the internal communication is the only area of improvement. However, the willingness of management to listen adapt and gives me confidence in the company's future .

      Some processes are still evolving, which can be both challenging and rewarding depending on your mindset. Limited structured training – a lot of learning is on-the-job.
