High stress, secondhand trauma from callers and abusive callers, and the industry, on average, pays more for this position. Compensation lacks. Raises did not meet the cost of living.

Pick your own shifts pretty much Lots of training Most of the people I worked for were so compassionate and caring Paid time off Affordable Benefits

Cons

Can become mundane Very heavy conversation Some of the supervisors were not very supportive
