Pros
Salaries are fair, and the technology is both good for the planet and for the customer's bottom line. The new office is beautiful.
Cons
The business is run like a mad men scheme from the 50's. You have to log every hour that you work, even if you're salaried. Leadership refuses to ask and answer tough questions, and charges ahead with their own ideas, rather than listening to employee with experience. The CEO has bragged about how she has cried in investor meetings to get more money for the company. They will straight up lie to your face and not flinch for a second while doing so. They sent office administrative employees up to Canada with hard hats and drills to finish building manufacturing plant when they realized they couldn't pay for their construction crew. Toxic. Rife with micromanagement. Stay away.
