Pros
Flexible hours, willing to give people a second chance. If you are looking for a job to supplement your income while you're in school or you want to learn more about the mortgage business Via-Tele is a good place to be. Up until recently all of the managers were former phone reps. The cream truly rose to the top.
Cons
LOTS OF DRAMA! Adults who act like children and are always in someone's business. Sexual harassment from some of the team leads and managers. Way to much gossip.
