Pros
The job is a work at home position so you don't have to wake up super early and get ready to commute and deal with traffic. Don't really have to deal with annoying coworkers talking about annoying stuff. The attendance number is not set.
Cons
passive aggressive which makes for bad management. No direct deposit. 1st check 3 weeks later. Low pay. No flexible schedule.pressured to scam old people for sales. Training sucks.

We discuss available shifts in recruiting, in training and once a person graduates from training. We never hire a person and change their agreed to shift. Direct Deposit was implemented in July 2016 when we converted to PayChex.
the job was remote. you basically cold call medicare/medicaid members or doctors offices and read a script of questions
Cons
the jobs are seasonal. they act like if you did a better job at dispositioning certain calls so that they could never be called again that the job would have lasted longer but in reality there is an end date anyway. the last contract i did was calling kidney dialysis patients and I could see our calls slowing down so i did some digging online and found the exact date from the medicare site when the surveys would be done. we had no heads up from viasource that the job was done until the monday after that date and of course we were blamed for it not going on longer.
