      Great office space Working staff is awesome. Very fast paced and full of energy. Multiple offices allow for travel and collaboration.

      Cons

      Zero HR accountability for upper management. No formal or informal training. Constantly changing policy to suit ownership's mood. No leadership skills - Turnover is constant - Good talent is always leaving.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard. No hand holding. Get your work done and noone has an issue with you. Be communicative with others and you are golden child.

      Cons

      Going through hard times at the moment in the industry. Have had to cut down on team size and functionality. Leads to day-to-day silo experience. Should get better knowing the culture and ethics of the company.
