Lots of support from supervisor, Pay has increased several times today $22 hr, no other comparable agency pays at this rate. People love to work here at all levels. There is also opportunity to grow professionally, via training, promotions and internal education programs for leadership positions . We also get a nice gift drom the management team every year: a nice company hoodie, a warm jacket and last year an awesome computer backpack. I’ve never worked at a company where people were proud to wear the company logo and talk about their work with other outside people.
Cons
Some managers and directors have been working in the agency for more than 10, 20, 30 years, which is good, but some of these people do not care anymore and have preferential treatment with some employees.
