      Pros

      Nice company to work for. Nice atmosphere and friendly managers. Definitely recommend it if you are deaf much easier to communicate with peers.

      Cons

      Need to learn be more organized. Abundance of hired just because they are friend of someone in upper management. Not good for the company.
