The company is a sinking ship, Staff are leaving in their droves and for every five experienced members of staff we leave we get one unqualified individual to replace them. They are so desperate for staff, you seemingly don't need a recognised tax qualification to be hired.
The workloads is ridiculous meaning long hours are required just to keep the head above water.
There is no incentives or rewards for going above and beyond which is fostering an "it will do" mentality with everyone.
If you are thinking about joining this company, do yourself a favour and don't.
