      I didn't see any pros

      Cons

      Management is very bad at handling rapidly changing markets and business strategies. A mass layoff is going on with a poor compensation package for the terminated people.

      Lots of things to work on and interesting if you like data

      Cons

      Too many things will just slide in and need to have good skill in prioritizing thing. Plus get prepared to work 10-15% more hours than on contract(constantly) to keep things in a better tempo
