Pros
Great benefits beyond the normal medical and dental. Flexibility in work hours. Concern for family life. Access to all the tools needed to do your job well. Additional training is encouraged and paid up front (other than additional Education for Masters+ degrees that are reimbursed).
Cons
Depending on the organization, there are some areas that are difficult or overly stressful at work. Again, depending on the organization, there are a number of internal click’s, you are either in or out. Some of the senior management (not all) has an attitude about physical fitness, the better you physically (health/exercise low body fat index) are the better you are perceived.
