      Pros

      Truly great people. Friendly and willing to help each other. Excellent benefits. A beautiful campus, with lots of amenities (best I've ever worked at!) Opportunity for professional development and advancement; moving to other areas of the business is welcomed.

      Cons

      Leadership lack of strategy. Siloed departments make it challenging to drive change. Recent downsizing has left some low morale in spots. Lack of structured performance management and bonus structure (subjective decision making).
