Great place to work, awful HR and pay - Anonymous employee Viatel Technology Group Employee Review

Very backwards in how things are done with problems stemming from HR and a disconnection between sales, provisioning (an amazing sales team but completely understaffed provisioning team). Very low pay compared to industry averages and no attempt at trying to keep people. Not many people plan to stay for long and morale can be fairly low when discussing the company in general.
