Many of our colleagues have been working from home throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and based on their feedback and experiences, we have recently established new principles for flexible-remote work.

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
