      Pros

      Colleagues are nice. That's about it.

      Cons

      Too much work, upper management is fond of micro managing. Culture is the not same anymore. No career progression opportunities. People are fighting for higher positions . No transparency in promotions. I have no idea how to carry on.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
