      Cons

      Very discriminating, intolerant, unfair, unjust work environment. Managers don't have any clue to manage team at all. they don't see employees as their value

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
