      Pros

      Very good relations with colleagues, just great management (in my department) and comfortable work load and conditions.

      Cons

      Due to intensive acquiring strategy the company grows extensively, so there is almost no possibility for career growth, but even downsizing applied.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
