      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, good opportunities for experience. Very aggressive R&D with respect to the generic space, interesting work. A wide variety of dosage forms, well diversified.

      Cons

      Disorganized management, lack of direction from management. Management tended to assign a large degree of responsibility without providing the adequate resources to be successful. Very low score wrt corporate governance.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
