Very good environment, great pay, great team, wonderful management, has wonderful culture, RRSP contributions, over all wonderful experience

No room for growth in Canadian location, but can't say more than that, management tried to retain me by giving me projects in area of interest so that I would have some career growth
Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.
Cons
There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
