      it was great that they had flexible working hours

      It was very disorganized. Nothing got done unless something went wrong. Training wasn't very good. Left to either sink or swim

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.
