10yThank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback as we work hard to provide everyone with a great experience. Once a candidate is offered a position with our company, they enter an entry-level account management position. This candidate would then handle one of our clients’ accounts or programs within partnered retailers, which includes sales and customer interaction. Per our contracts, we do not allow any of our employees to work solo until they have gone through the required one-on-one training with a top supervisor who has met company qualifications. The guaranteed hourly base is in place because we use a customer service, compliance-driven approach. The management team makes it clear to our trainees that we are not looking to turn a No into a Yes, but to enhance the customer experience, as we are visitors within these locations.
We believe our proven, hands-on approach provides the best learning environment for our employees in order to progress quickly into managing entire programs as we continue to expand. We understand that it will not be the best fit for everyone, and we apologize for any miscommunication. We are always open to feedback that will help to positively evolve our business!
