      Pros

      The people truly make the place! Other than that - it's a stable workplace, the product is massive and there are many exciting opportunities to work on meaningful features, and the teammates are wonderful and always there if you need them. It really feels like being part of something huge, knowing that your work impacts hundreds of millions of people worldwide. The conditions are also great with incredible work-life balance and a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      The location might be a bit off-putting for some, but I personally don't mind.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
