Pros
1) Product itself. For me it's really a great benefit to work on a product that I use on a daily basis, which I can show to my friends and family and proudly say that I put my efforts into it. 2) Vibe of Viber. We have really great community and I enjoy spending time with my colleagues. If you need a working advice or looking for a company for out of work activity - they are always here for you. 3) Great office location
Cons
Parking 😂. We work in hybrid mode and I live far away from the office, so car is my only option, if I don't want to spend all day commuting.So having office at the city center is cool, but parking is very expensive and very limited.
