      Pros

      Opportunities to work on a wide array of projects from process development to validation.

      Cons

      QA can be difficult to work with. CEO tries to make daily operation based decisions. Facilities has "do nothing staff" that would be fired anywhere else. Paper based systems for everything.

      Pros

      Unfortunately we were all laid off. The quality team I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and felt like family to me. I had never been happier. It was sad the drug failed and I didn't get to stay long. Great company!

      Cons

      Risky products. They don't really have anything else to work on now that their drug failed, I wish they would get more ideas and start back up.
