Pros
If you like frat houses then you'll love this place. If you like to treat women badly, be sexist, unprofessional and incompetent then Vice is for you. You'll have lots of opportunity to do lots of different things and you'll get to be part of the boys club.
Cons
If you like to work with professionals who know what they are doing, rather than barely experienced frat boys being given too much money and too much leeway to mess around randomly and pretend to be self-important then you'll hate it. You'll also hate it if you want to earn enough money to have your own bedroom in a shared apartment.
