Pros

Lots of Friendly people Decent working atmosphere Good coffee Inclusive Location

Cons

The company allows superheroes to grow, esp employees working in the company since forever, which create unhealthy dependencies on them. Cliques are created where everyone is scared of speaking up about these dinosaurs and try to curry favour instead. Constant restructuring and layoffs in recent times have left everyone with a sense of insecurity. Unfair bad feedback is used to create obstacles to prevent anyone from internal transfers. Very few want to use their managers as referees for external opportunities because they aren’t trusted. Pay could be better

Pros

- Dedicated, capable and kind employees in the business - Flexible work environment however only in particular functions only - Potential for positive change since the retirement of the former CEO.

Cons

- P&OD leadership team endorses toxic and unprofessional behaviour and bullying. This is well known in the team however not more broadly in the business. - P&OD leadership team is dysfunctional and autrocratic - The functional and highly capable P&OD workers are under resourced
