      Pros

      Vickery Holman is a truly excellent place to work. We are afforded a great deal of autonomy in our daily work; we quote for our own jobs, arrange our own business development activities and manage our own workload. We work as individuals but have the full support of our wider team and management. The company balances an ambition to grow with an ethos which cares for its staff - everyone feels like an important individual working towards the success of the wider team.

      Cons

      I do not feel there are any downsides to working at Vickery Holman.

      Pros

      Great support network, both in knowledge and experience and in personnel support. Wide range of specialisms, so there is always someone that can help with a technical question. Graduate training programme with support from the whole range of seniorities. Opportunities for growth and progression. Flexible working and multiple offices.

      Cons

      Lower salary than some competitors, but good work-life balance and locations to compensate.
