      Interesting technology, continues to innovate. The people working there are very competent. Almost feels like a family. CEO is strategic and also operationally good.

      Cons

      Salaries not that competitive for the field. Staff turnover is low which means that possibly less opportunities for career advancement than one might like.

      the average tenure is over ten years for a reason. Vicon takes care of its employees and cares that they have a life outside of work
