The pay is good, especially given that the demands of the job are not too extreme

Not a lot of support is given from top-down leadership. All results are expected to be generated from the local teams’ efforts alone.

Company is good to work for if you just want to work.

Owners play favorites , everyone does not get the same benefits as others. A lot of the employees don’t get don’t get PTO, Sick, nor vacation pay off.
