Pros
1. Great colleagues. 2. Above average benefits. 3. Stable organization. 4. HR is moving away from the old-school "clock watching" mentality. 5. Flex time, hybrid and full remote work, are now common. 6. An excellent product that is environmentally friendly / you can be proud of. 7. Rick Bucher, from my perspective, is an excellent choice for CEO.
Cons
1. They seem enamored with outside hires for leadership positions. 2. A few (not all) old school execs / managers that still think it's the 1950's. 3. Sales rules the roost, and they know it.
