By far one of the greatest staffs I've ever worked for

Pay can be a little low if you are first coming in. It's going to take many years of dedication to progress with income. There is no problem with working your way up the ladder, but expect to start low first going in.

There are some wonderful people working there.

They worship their sales team and work everyone else into the ground. No promotions (nowhere to go) with next to no raises (unless you think $0.50/hour annually is a raise). Management is incapable of managing. Turnovers in certain departments are six months/under a year. They cannot retain good employees a lot of times because they will run you into the ground and not pay you what you deserve. Shady business practices by having multiple companies under one roof so they can inflate prices. Toxic environment with people competing under the same roof.
