Experience, fun employees, nice work-life balance. I had a great time with my normal daily tasks. I made a good wage and all of the other employees were very hard working as a team.

Bad Management, a little disorganized. The boss was crazy and didn't really know how to run a business. He had a drinking problem and was not respectful to fellow employees. It was often times hard to complete a task with this person as a boss.
