Pros
First and foremost - The People! Your coworkers are the best and immediately feel like family. With so much expansion and growth, career advancement and opportunities are boundless. I've seen no less than 10 internal promotions so far this year alone! They sincerely care about your personal and professional growth.
Cons
It's not really a con in my opinion, but more a message for those that may consider applying: We have high expectations. We work hard and we do do what's right. If you are only looking for a paycheck or getting by with doing minimal, "just ok" work, this isn't the place for you. There is a shared passion and drive to be the best; if you don't have that, you may not be successful here.
