Pros
Salary was okay. The office building is very nice. Drafters, end market group, project managers, engineers work in cubes and managers had offices surrounding the group.
Cons
Managers focus on work loads and not their people. It is not a team player organization. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, is how my manager made decisions. Several employees in other departments had reasonable grievances.
