      Pros

      Commissions in the short term can be good until your baseline gets to high. On paper still...not able to track where you are every minute of the day. (Micromanagement is low in this respect).

      Pros

      easy work day overall 10 physican calls and 5 pharmacy great manager if your boss gives you critical feedback to help you in the field great team to work with that all support eachother

      Cons

      bad managed care for products which was always the first question asked by physicans horrible communication from VPs on future of company
