Like every other authentic reviewer says on GD, the people are this businesses biggest asset. Colleagues and the reasonable benefits are the reason people stick around. Plus people cling onto the hope there will be wholesale changes from the top that will then have the significant impact that's needed to build this company back up.
Cons
A vast culture change is needed. A workplace that feels safe and is absent of threats and recrimination for actions is needed now. You have a workforce who don't move forward, can't make decisions, people who are stuck. How much are disengaged employees costing this business?
