Pros

The few staff that is left are kind and hardworking.

Cons

Leadership has no direction. There are many unqualified members of the team which are in positions of leadership. The work environment is hostile and there's little benefit to sticking through it. The only this bigger than their turnover rate is their egos. Despite trying for years to make it a better place, no one has any intention of making any substantial changes.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment and I’m very disappointed to read that your experience with us left you with such a bad impression. I, and other senior colleagues at Videndum, spend time with the Divisional leadership teams and I strongly believe that we listen to our employees. We run an annual survey which c.80% of employees respond to, and 88% of participants say they would recommend working at Videndum to a friend. We also give employees the opportunity to suggest any improvements the Group needs to make. We then develop and implement action plans to address the feedback we receive. You don't say which of our Divisions you work for, so please do contact me directly as I'd be interested in hearing more about your concerns. Please email me at: stephen.bird@videndum.com

Pros

Nice people that work there for the most part

Cons

This place is a joke- sinking ship that has no idea how to right it. Company losing market share and 4% revenue yoy since 2021. Leadership leaving at all levels, pay is honestly at or below poverty level at this point and micromanagement is off the rails because targets are not being met. On the verge of another huge layoff stateside.
